The Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (ARCAM) is a military award of the United States Army that was first created on December 19, 1980, by order of Army Chief of Staff General Edward C. Meyer. The medal is awarded to any member of the Army Reserve who completes four years of honorable service in any of the Reserve Components.
