Levi B. Bye

The Navy Cross is awarded to Lieutenant Commander Levi B. Bye, U.S. Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession in the work of fitting the 14-inch 50-caliber naval guns to railway mounts, and placing them on the western front, overseas.
