Joseph A. Clark

The Navy Cross is awarded to Lieutenant (j.g.) Joseph A. Clark, U.S. Navy, for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service while in command of the U.S.S. C-208, engaged in the important and hazardous work of clearing the North Sea of mines.
