James M. Kennedy

The Navy Cross is awarded to James M. Kennedy, United States Army, Medical Corps, for distinguished service in the line of his profession as Port Surgeon, Port of Embarkation, Hoboken, N.J. His co-operation with the Naval Medical authorities resulted in a high degree of sanitation being maintained on board troop transports.
