Henry Hartley

The Navy Cross is presented to Henry Hartley, Lieutenant, U.S. Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession as Commanding Officer of the U.S.S. Falcon during the salvage operation of the S- 4, which sank on December 17, 1927 (December 17, 1927 – March 17, 1928).
