Solomon Schissel

The Navy Cross is presented to Solomon Schissel, Seaman Second Class, U.S. Navy, for extraordinary heroism in the line of his profession as a Seaman on board the U.S.S. Falcon, during the successful salvage operation of the U.S.S. S-51, October 16, 1925 to July 8, 1926.
