The Distinguished Service Cross is presented to Arthur J. Booher, Corporal, U.S. Army, for extraordinary heroism in action in the Suchan Valley, Siberia, during June and July 1919. Corporal Booher distinguished himself on numerous occasions by his capabilities and extraordinary daring as a patrol leader while under fire, notably at Kazanka, Siberia, July 1, 1919, and in the lower Suchan Valley, Siberia, July 5, 1919.
