Charles F. Beach

The Navy Cross is awarded to Lieutenant (j.g.) Charles F. Beach, U.S. Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession as Engineer Officer of the U.S. air Statin at Montchic, and as a participant in a number of raids with the British Squadron including several combats with enemy airplanes.
