Edward Breck

The Navy Cross is presented to Edward Breck, Lieutenant Commander, U.S. Navy, for dangerous and distinguished service in the line of his profession as special agent in Brazil and Argentina, and later as Naval Attaché at Lisbon, where he established a valuable service information throughout Portugal.
