Edward Koenig

The Distinguished Service Cross is presented to Edward Koenig, Private, U.S. Army, for distinguished service on July 13, 1905, at the Governors Island Dock, New York, N.Y., in saving from drowning at the risk of his own life, a civilian who had jumped into the bay with the intention of committing suicide.
