George F. Freeman

The Navy Cross is awarded to Captain (MC) George F. Freeman, U.S. Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession in charge of the Navy base hospital at Brest, France, and as force medical officer on the staff of the commander U. S. Naval Forces in France.
