Harry Debarr

The Navy Cross is awarded to Lieutenant (j.g.) Harry DeBarr, U.S. Navy, for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service while in command of the U.S.S. Thomas Laundry, engaged in the important and hazardous work and clearing the North Sea of mines.
