Henry O. Warren

The Navy Cross is presented to Henry O. Warren, Signalman, U.S. Navy, for fearless devotion to duty as signalman in maintaining uninterrupted communications between the American Consulate Nanking, China and the Naval vessels in the harbor, although constantly exposed to rifle and machine gun fire from Chinese soldiers.
