Jean B. Le Bellege

The Distinguished Service Cross is presented to Jean B. Le Bellege, Marechal des Logis, French Army, for extraordinary heroism in action in the Argonne Forest, France, November 1918. Marechal des Logis Le Bellege was wounded on three different occasions, but each time remained on duty with his battery, consenting to be treated after his mission had been completed. His coolness under gravest circumstances won the admiration of all with whom he was connected.
