Coast Guard Rifle Marksmanship Medal

The Coast Guard Rifle Marksmanship Medal is awarded to any Coast Guardsman who qualified as an expert in rifle marksmanship while assigned to a Coast Guard unit. The Medal is authorized by COMDTINST M1650.25E and is retroactive to 8 September 2001.
